	Airborne/Ranger/Air Assault-qualified, with over 5 years of active duty service in the U.S. Army, obtaining the rank of Captain.
	Served as Platoon Leader in the 101st Airborne (Air Assault) Division, Ft. Campbell, KY.
	Served as Platoon Leader, Executive Officer, Support Platoon Leader and Battalion Supply Officer in the 6th Infantry Division, Ft. Richardson, AK.
	Commendations and awards include the Meritorious Service Medal, Army Commendation Medal and Army Achievement Medal.
	Served as Company Commander in the Army Reserve, 78th Division.
	1992 graduate of Seton Hall University School of Law.
	Senior Associate with the law firm Riker, Danzig, Scherer, Hyland & Perretti, LLP (Morristown, NJ) concentrating practice in the reinsurance and commercial litigation areas.
